PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

✵ sessions are 30 minutes and begin at your scheduled time

✵ no phones, screens, or technology are used

✵ dress cozy, nothing constricting, hair loose

✵ avoid eating and caffeine (if you can swing it) before your session

✵ make yourself comfortable in a clean, quiet space free of distraction

✵ soft, relaxing music with no words or silence is best

✵ it’s nice (but not necessary) to light a candle, or incense, give yourself a gentle cleansing with herbal smoke, and say a prayer/set an intention

✵ if you can, lay down and close your eyes about 5 minutes before your start time, so you are settled and relaxed when we begin

✵ eye pillows are magical helpers (but not necessary) click here for the ones I make

✵ if you can, give yourself an extra 15 minutes or so after to rest
